The staff at JECT Clinics strives to provide the best service and results at all times. Therefore, we would like to hear from you if there is something you are not satisfied with. We take your complaint very seriously, because a good experience is a priority for us and we want to continue to improve where necessary.
Should it still be the case that you have a complaint and cannot solve it with your doctor or other staff of JECT Clinics, there is a clear complaints procedure available.
Of course we prefer to talk to you about what you are not satisfied with, this can be done in person, by telephone or by e-mail. You can also request a form via info@jectclinics with which you can make a complaint known or make a suggestion for improvement. Within a week we will try to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction.
Are you unable to resolve it together? Then we will put you in contact with our independent complaints officer. Under the Act on Quality, Complaints and Disputes Care (Wkkgz), we are affiliated with a complaints and disputes procedure. For more information, go to www.degeschillencommissiezorg.nl.
